Dr. Meenakshi Thakur

The author of this book "विश्वादिवटिका से श्वास चिकित्सा", Dr. Meenakshi Thakur is professor in the department of Kayachikitsa at M.I.A.E.R. Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. With over 11 years of experience in Ayurveda education, she has a deep passion for teaching and sharing her knowledge with others. She has completed her graduation and post-graduation from Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. There she honed her skills in Panchakarma, Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Over the years, She has specialized in respiratory and chronic diseases and developed a keen interest in finding ways to simply and effectively teach students about Ayurveda. She believe that education is the key to unlock the full potential of Ayurveda and empower patients to take charge of their own health. Her focus is to equip her students with the necessary knowledge and skills to become skilled Ayurvedic practitioners and make meaningful difference to people's lives.
